Here is a list of our plans which will save your business time and money! The bonus of using a Sphere support plan is that we can bill your hours in 20 minute blocks, giving you even greater value for money.

You may ask yourself ?How many hours a week do I need to use on my support plan?? Everybody is different, depending on how many workstations you are running or if you are on a server? Sphere Computer Group will give you a no obligation free quote as to what we suggest for your usage of hours and which plan we think is best for you.

As well as this, our plans give you an effective hourly cost that is significantly lower than our casual call out rates.

Recommended Usage For Purchased Hours

At Sphere Computer Group, our support plans are designed to prevent problems from happening in the first place. We are trying to be more proactive with clients rather than reactive when it may be too late. Our plans are suggested solutions and clients need to take into consideration that each system is different and time allowances will change depending on your requirements. General issues reported by users can also be attended to in this time.

PREMIUM PLATFORM
If you have up to 8 workstations and no server within the same building, we recommend a minimum of 1 hour appointment every 2 weeks.

SUPERIOR PLATFORM

If you have more than 8 workstations or a server in the same building, we recommend a minimum of 1 hour appointment every week.

Bonus Support

In addition to allocated maintenance time, bonus support allows your staff to make use of our expertise to solve and troubleshoot further problems that may arise between maintenance appointments.
